Do Gift Certificates automatically delete once they have been used or expire?
Expired gift certificates remain in the system until manually deleted.
Alternatively, if a gift certificate is completely used up (meaning the customer has used the entire amount towards a purchase), then it will be automatically deleted from the gift certificate system. |
